Wholesalemarket accepts returns of stationery and craft supplies within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unused and unopened to be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact Wholesalemarket with your order information. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be sent to our Provo location with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of returned items, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made stationery products, opened consumable items, and items that have been used or damaged after purchase. Please contact us to confirm return eligibility for specific products.
Wholesalemarket offers exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You may be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
If you receive damaged or defective stationery or craft supplies, please contact Wholesalemarket immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
